me and my best friend rented a unit at this location and then it was robbed, we paid extra for the insurance and when we filed a claim they couldn't do anything about it bc there was no forced entry but what our stuff magically disappeared, im telling you that they have a master key to all the units and i know for a fact they stolen stuff from us DONT TRUST THIS PLACE

They totally got our family with a bait and switch. We hit some hard times and had to put cherished items into storage to be sure we could keep them as we transition living arrangements. Smallest unit was a god send at $66/month. Over the course of 3 months, we got everything in, we're paying our bill, and suddenly we get a notice. "Oh hey, we're gonna DOUBLE your monthly fee. BE WARY. I signed up for a small unit at $66/ month. THREE MONTHS LATER, after all the expenses and labor or moving my things in, they advise the price is going up to $132! They wait until you're settled and DOUBLE the price. DISGUSTING, greedy business practices.

Today is September 2nd going into September 3rd and I came to my storage to organize some stuff and get some items however when I got to my unit I was greeted by a big red lock that said sealed and I had no way to access my own storage unit. It's after 6:00 so the manager obviously isn't going to help me even though she saw me at the front office looking in the window like I needed some help while she was walking her dogs but she just ignored me and kept on with her dogs. When I rented my unit -- there was shelving in it. When I went to check out -- they said I was responsible for having it disassembled / hauled away or whatever -- EVEN THOUGH it was NOT MY SHELVING -- and it was already there when I rented : - ( Terribly disappointing and cold-blooded.

I went to assess my unit this week to prepare for moving and found four packages of rat poison eaten in my unit that I did not put in there. All of my fabric items are destroyed by rat poop and there are footprints over the wooden furniture. I have to throw away furniture that was one year old when put into storage. Another price increase in less than a year. I'm disgusted. Update upon moving some of the things around: There were two additional packs of poison that the rats must have moved towards the center. Not sure what's all going on here!!! The place does look cleaner... staff seems friendly.. lack of security and cameras My unit has been broken into twice in the spam of 3 weeks!!! How does this happen???? Not recommending this place!!!! Moving what is left out ASAP!
