It was so easy to rent my storage unit, Pete was very friendly, professional, and willing to answer my numerous questions, which made the process stress free, and we did all of this over the phone. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage at Cave Creek close to Greenway.

The Extra Space representative, Patricia, went the extra mile to make sure I got the best ongoing rate (I chose web rate) and knew where my storage unit would be most convenient for me. She showed me the cylinder lock and how to use it…and came back to show me how to lock it and get my key out of the lock…simple fix, but she did it with a smile.
