They have great communication! They were ready so quickly and very professional. I was thankful they had time to walk us through the storage units to ensure everything was how it should be. Highly recommend!
Pete was so professional and so helpful. He listened to all my questions and gave me thoughtful feedback. When I finally made it there to drop off my stuff he walked me through everything so I was confident of the storage process. My unit was the perfect size for that extra stuff that clutters your closets (5x5). The units are clean and climate controlled.
I have consistently been able to talk to the managers (recently Pete) who have been very helpful in billing questions and any questions I have. If they don’t know an answer they follow up. It is a pleasure to work with them.
