At the very last minute we needed a storage, a decent sized one. The first lady we worked with was amazing. Got us a great deal. She told us that if we pay 3 months in advance we would be keep that rate. We went in to make our next 3 month payment, but the rate wasn't the same. It was significantly higher. Ray was great assisting me in paying my prorated amount to move out! I’ve used this storage for almost 2 years. The only thing I don’t like is that the price of your rent goes up almost every six months that was sometimes higher than the rates they have on the website. I didn’t like calling and having to complain, but the receptionist was always helpful and matched my rate with what was on the website.
Let’s just say that Rae deserves a raise. She was so help full and very professional. You can tell she has a heart and does what ever she has to do to make here customers happy. Thank you Rae you were my hero today. You are kind sympathetic and you actually care about your customers. Thank you you for being so help-full. Rae was so lovely! Super friendly as soon as I walked in the door showed me around and I was sold and out in minutes making it such a seamless experience. Beautiful clean facility with easy and safe access point. Grateful for my new storage unit!
