When I called they were friendly and help me out with the storage when I went in and made an appointment the gentleman that help me with courteous I have no problems they showed me mine storage space and it was great no problems at all and I've been there with them for a while so I've never had a problem so get your space.

Excellent customer service from Crystal. Great facility - brand new. Rates are reasonable. I have been a customer for over 5 years and am satisfied with their units and professionality.
Service is excellent. However, I ONLY recommend the inside, climate controlled units. The outdoor units are horribly dirty and they have guys using blowers to clean the driveways... and that is why your lock unit will be filthy dirty/dusty!!! They should know that using a blower BLOWS all the dust right back in the units, and some of us have priceless personal belongings! Christian and office are very professional and I recommend them.
