***Note to anyone considering this: they do use weird lock that they charge you for in order to get the locker, and you can't bring your own due to the design. I would keep that in mind when looking for a new locker*** While for the most part I didn't have too many issues when I first started, most of my problems occurred when trying to end my rental. Awful. Flat out awful. Non-functioning gate half the time. Inconvenient. Just bad. Offered no reimbursement for inconvenience. Medical professionals do not use this unit. I advise. Terrible Value.

Well...it only took 3 months for them to raise my rent by 33% despite being told that would not happen to me. Now I am paying close to what I was at public storage. It must be nice to lure people in with low rates and then gouge them without notice three months later. There was no notification via email of the increase, I only noticed because I looked at my account. I really expected more from this company! Looks like I will be looking to move again soon...

Lease was terminated for staying after 10:00pm. The manager that came to tell me was understanding but really for a first time offense you terminate a lease? Ridiculous stay away

facility was clean and well maintained. only reason for the 2 stars is rent was raised by ~40% after 4 months of starting contract. that is a bit extreme. Will not rent from this company again.

District Mgr addressed grievances and tried to resolve. He promised to reinstate full access immediately. Unfortunately, the person responsible for reinstating either: - didn't get the memo/follow up - ignored directive / insubordination - decided to illegally withhold/seize property.

Got a storage less than a few months and they are upping my storage fees by $70. Fuck these guys. They promised it wouldn't. I was paying $139 total a month now it's $213 starting sept.
