The service from Maeve and Britt was amazing. Super friendly and fun. Gave us a tour and showed us the unit. Even offered wait list for smaller unit and looked a surrounding prices at other locations. They recognized us when we came to move our stuff in and were again super friendly. The storage location is clean and smells clean too.

I wanted to downsize but I did not have chance to go through my storage unit and needed to transition to another unit. Jordan was very helpful with finding best pricing, but Britt Gray was even better. She looked at what I needed and was able to get me the best deal that was possible at the time. I hope she is able to do it again. She even remembered me and where my unit was and it was three months ago.

Staff are super helpful when you can get a hold of them. Attentive and considerate. But understaffing can often have their one person on duty running around helping others while you might need to wait outside the office until they return. Even if you get a promotional rate, remember that it's not the whole story. There's also insurance that needs to be included in the monthly rent (min $14/month).

HI! Its me again... The last poster. THIS IS IMPORTANT!! THEY FIXED THEIR ONLY PROBLEM!! I wish I would have taken a picture but I live in LA. The security / break-in issue is OVER. They replaced the grate above the garage type roll up door IN ONE MONTH!!!! WHO DOES THAT???? ITS FIXED! This "on top of it" shows their commitment to being the best and truly THEY ARE! I used used this storage facility for almost a year. The front desk staff was always responsive and helpful, in particular Jordan. The facility is clean and well maintained. It was secure and had good access. I paid a year in advance to lock in the cost. Overall experience was very good.

The customer service at the Dubois location is excellent. Verna in particular really went above and beyond helping me figure out an issue. She was friendly, patient, and dedicated to helping me figure things out. I previously have interacted with Jorden, who was also very friendly and helpful. These guys were great. Verna helped soothe an anxious move in for me a year ago. Place is super clean and accessible. Well organized. Jordan was always there to answer if i had any questions.
