RecommendedI’m excited to be moving my belongings in this month to Extra Space Storage. I have to say, working with the employees there have been a wonderful experience thus far, especially Rafael. He has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Moving stuff into storage is never fun but helps when things go smoothly prior to moving.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We had our entire house contents stored due to large renovation. In 10 months, our rate went from ~$485 to ~$600+. On that time we had over $18,000 worth of our items stolen. Extra space could totally do something about this and they’re not. Thieves remove the upper barrier bar on units, crawl over the top and open the unit from the inside.
