Terrible customer service. Fire exits are closed. No bathroom. The gate is usually open and broken. The doors are open to all half the time and the Tennant's are required to be the only security there.

Waste of time couldn't access my unit no one responded that day! Wasted my time and money who cares about free month if you can't use it when you need it. Lost whole day thank God for public storage. At least they gave me access to my unit.
