Just became a new customer this past Dec when ExtraSpace took over, and I have to say that Jasmine/Jazmine at the front desk is an absolute pleasure to work with. She's friendly, courteous and helpful, and Exceptionally professional. She's very knowledgable with what the company has to offer their clients and I'm so glad that ExtraSpace took over this location. First time looking for a storage space and lucky to have Jazmine there patiently answering all my questions and listening to all my must-haves and found me the perfect unit that fits all my needs and budget. A few months later I needed an upgrade and Jazmine remembered everything I told her during my first visit and kindly walked me through the transferring process explaining everything in details. Great service, great people and clean space. Highly recommend.

This facility is extremely clean and well kept. Easy access to units and an excellent staff. Jasmine was very helpful in resolving a billing issue that came up and I highly recommend this location

I usually don't do reviews to begin with; however the extraordinary services provided by Jazmine and Ronnie at this location was beyond exceptional. not only I was able to select and secure the ideal unit, for the right price.it was all done contactless. I was driving across country, and upon arriving at the location everything was ready as promised. Many thanks to Jasmine for her accommodating service. Great location and easy access, although the lanes are tight to drive around - be careful if you're maneuvering a moving truck, the security cameras protrude from the edges and could leave a scratch.

Aneal or Aneil (I hope I'm spelling that right!) was so helpful and made our experience more than just customer service-- he was so hospitable and friendly upon arrival and throughout our entire time unloading and leaving! We were so happy with the service in booking the storage space (I spoke with Scott) he was beyond accommodating and patient with me over the phone! I have been a resident of OC for 28 years and I will always use Extra Space Storage AND hope to see our friend Aneal/Aneil!

What great service! I lost my key and they were able to drill out the old one and install a new in just five minutes!! And they were very nice as well! The storage site is very clean and easy to get to your storage unit. My items have stayed clean and dry.
This place is great. It's clean and the staff is awesome. Very helpful when you need them unlike other storages I've had my stuff at. I live in Whittier now and I still keep my storage unit in Costa Mesa because I done want to have to lose the great service if I leave this place
