Great service, Katie was awesome!! Quick and easy. Called back right away and got me situated.
This is a clean and secure storage location. John was very helpful and informative when I called on the phone. I needed a drive-up unit. Convenience was key. I was able to get what I needed at a good price. John shared with me the specials that were running at the time. There was a storage unit price that I could work with given the time frame that I had. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage on 1250 Bristol, Costa Mesa. Customer Service is their specialty!

I'm out done this is a really clean location and very safe. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeabl. If I could separately rate the customer service I say they are well above the compan's standards. thanks for creating a safe and friendly enviorment and customer experienc.

I had to rent storage unit and was lucky enough to speak with Julianne, transaction was smooth but what impressed me was the professionalism. You don't run across great customer service very often these days and I would highly recommend this company.

Julianne is the best! She was so helpful and polite and made the whole experience renting a storage unit great! Would definitely recommend to everyone!
This was my second time using a storage unit but at a different location and this is the best experience thus far. I ordered my storage unit online and confirm everything in office the next day, and I had an amazing experience. Julianna was so kind and helpful. She help me with getting everything started.
