What great service! I lost my key and they were able to drill out the old one and install a new in just five minutes!! And they were very nice as well! The storage site is very clean and easy to get to your storage unit. My items have stayed clean and dry.
This place is great. It's clean and the staff is awesome. Very helpful when you need them unlike other storages I've had my stuff at. I live in Whittier now and I still keep my storage unit in Costa Mesa because I done want to have to lose the great service if I leave this place
They really helped me with their storage space and even though the location was further, I'm happy with their customer service. They just need to answer the phone ..... that would help.

Emilio is the most helpful individual. Every time I've gone to my unit with the hopeful anxiety of changing things around, he's there with a kind word and thoughtful advice. Great place specifically because of him. Thank you.
Thorough, ethical and kind customer service. Our items were moved out in same shape as when arrived. I was proactively contacted to cancel my monthly rent payment. We planned to condense our items in another unit we have with a competitor (so not ESS to be clear) and that turned out to be water damaged with some items having mold. Wish I had planned to condense back to here. In future will use Extra Storage based particularly on how professional the manager deals with customers and the on site security. Jasmine was so helpful for us. She was able to help us get into our unit with no problems. Her customer service was the best I've received in a really long time. This women deserves a raise!!! The staff at the Bear location in Costa Mesa are awesome! They were super helpful and made everything so easy. Only a week after moving in, I lost my key and they were able to cut off my lock and even gave me a new one at no charge. They're customer service is great!
