Everything went well. I didn't know how long I'd need this storage unit. I was moving from a house to a mini studio, so I had an excess amount of stuff to deal with. Gary is the ESS contact I've dealt with from the beginning and he's been hospitable and a pleasure to work with. Recommend.

I've never rented storage space before so I was a bit nervous but Gary at the Arroyo location in Pasadena was so helpful in walking me through everything I needed to know. The facility is very clean and I feel good about storing my stuff there. The website and app are super easy to use too. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at this location and I was able to move my stuff in very quickly. Gary the manager was extremely helpful and showed me how everything worked. I was in a rush to catch my flight and I could not have put everything away so quickly without Gary's help.

i had a minor issue with my monthly payment. i went online to review the facility's reviews and i seen that JJ i had alot of good comments. i contacted Extra Space Storage and JJ was able to help me with my issue, he suggested different things i can do with my issue and was able to get back to me on what we had talked about. im glad he did, he help me out. thank you again JJ.

Tom, Marisa and Roma were always helpful, kind & professional. The place is well lit, immaculate and very secure. Much better than other storage units we've used!!
