I want to specifically write that I was helped by Salvador. The other employees I'm not sure off. Salvador had excellent customer service. From day one until I checked out.
This was my first time using a storage facility and to my surprise it was very nice and easy. I looked on line to find the size, area, and price and I found them! Th process was super easy. I moved my stuff in the next day. My space was clean and they even provided the lock. I also was given options on what space I wanted. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.
Great customer service!! Place is super clean and the workers are super sweet. I signed up over the phone and the representative was able to help me find the best storage in my area for a low price. Everything was super quick and easy. In store they were able to help me with getting my key and gate code!! 10/10 would recommend!
Had such an easy and pleasant experience this morning looking at storage units. Took a few minutes to look at units (to get an idea of sizing I would need) and and rent one. If you come here - ask for David - he was so nice and helpful and patient with me as I was trying to figure out how it all works. Highly recommend!
This review is based on the customer service I received today. I called because so had a few questions on the web pricing. All of my questions were answered and she even insisted on helping me over the phone. my unit was reserved in under 10 minutes. So far I am extremely satisfied.
