The employees there are very friendly and helpful They go beyond the expectations to solve all your problems and needs the Pacelli is very clean and well-maintained I would recommend this place to anybody

Storage place is clean and area is convenient. More importantly the staff is nice and courteous. Specifically I was assisted by Kathy who was able to understand my situation and worked with me in making my rental rate work. She understood the situation and related to me and didn't come off as a business only representative. I truly am grateful for people like Kathy.

The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. I spoke with Carolyn and was friendly, professional and understanding. She also helped me get set up with easy pay. It's so much easier and I don't have to worry about due dates or late payments.

When I called to inform them that I would be moving out, they said they would prorate my last month which they didn't. Instead, they billed me for the full month which I paid, thinking they would refund me the difference when I officially moved out. Of course they refused to refund me the difference and said if I hadn't paid in full already, then they could've then prorated me. Essentially I was penalized for being a good payer. I wound up paying $403 for 8 days

Same issue as William C. (6/18/25) - I had just made my payment on the 6/10 and on 6/17 I was able to clear out my unit in one trip, so I decided to turn my keys in at the office. I was told I had to give a 10 day notice, but the receptionist said she would ask the manager if they could pro-rate it then, since she still had to confirm the unit was empty. I didnt want to believe the bad reviews but its true: Ive had "market adjustments" before but not outright ridiculous increases. After a few months, my rate went up $100. Its too bad, wish I could've had a better experience but this is just bad business.

Signed up for a "deal" in June 2023. Two months later my rent increased over $100 per month. The deal was a move to get you in the door and then they raised the rental 41 percent two months into the contract. I have rented many units for my personal and business needs and NEVER had a rental increase at this amount, nor this fast. Beware of the tactics they pull in order to lock you in and not go with a competitor. This has to be the worst storage facility in the Southbay. Unorganized and a mess! No carts to load and unload your items into your units ( big thumbs down!) and junk everywhere on the side of the one way street that goes around the facility, no room for your vehicle to unload. They raise the prices every 2 months based on market value. Over all its not worth the money you spend on a monthly basis. Don't be tricked by the free month - it's a joke!

Buyer Beware - Buyer Beware - Buyer Beware This establishment is nothing more than a deceitful bait-and-switch operation with underhanded tactics. They offer only a month-to-month lease, reserving the right to cancel, alter, or inflate the price at their whim - and they do.
