this is for the one run by "*****" over in federal way. i called to take care of my bill. full disclosure i rented when it was under a different company and made sure it was a great fit for me. part of this meant that I was able to access my account while i was overseas. they changed companies about three months ago. Do not rent at most places bait switch price they dont care every 3 months price increases rude ignorant people from corporate Mormen **** ! From on site management to field management they dont care ! You will be sorry and have to move out ! Price from 112$to 344$ discusting company your warned ! Stay away you most likely be sorry! The truth ! No cares ! You will be moving your stuff ! And pay movers !

I have stored my RV at Extra Space Storage for 5 months at $164 per month. They just charged my card $213 for the next month with absolutely no notification. Our contract REQUIRES them to give me a 30 day notice before any rate increases. I received no email, no text, no call, and nothing to my mailbox. They just charged my card an extra $49. Did they hope I would not notice? If my $49 is refunded, I will update this complaint.

Price gouging and trapping people into higher rates than they budgeted for. I bought at $295 and am now paying $466 only 18 months into what I thought would be my long term small business storage. No warning and the worst is that when you look online at same size unit it goes for $237!! Terrible business I don't think their goal is to keep tenants it's to sell your unit at auction when they price you out. DO NOT USE THEM!

The facility is clean. They seem to have elevator issues often. Less than two months into our rental, they increased the price from $94 to $174. That is outrageous bait and switching. They should have a class action lawsuit against them.

This is for the ********************************************* location.DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. I recently had several items stolen from my unit, totaling ~$400. When I filled out the police report, the officers who arrived mentioned that they were just there a few days prior for another burglary. The strange thing about my situation is that the lock was COMPLETELY intact and worked fine. I only noticed things were missing once I started looking for items. Their rental pricing is bait and switch. My unit in ******* was rented to me for 65 dollars. 4 months later they doubled this to 126. If I had known this up front, I would not have used this provider, nor would I have paid the initiation and lock fees. I feel deceived by the lack of transparency. The discount provided up front should be clear, and the actual rate going forward and when it takes effect should be disclosed and agreed upfront. RATS. RATS. AND MORE RATS I began renting in April 2023 and by June. I asked the general manager **** if they had a rat problem? She said no we have a mouse problem. I went into my storage unit and heard squeaking like a rat. I ran out of there.
