I DO NOT RECOMMEND, many times the climate control was not functional. There was spiders on al my new furniture!! The pin pads for the elevator DO NOT function. Anyone has access to the 2nd and 3rd floor with out having a unit in those floors. I was charged for a unit I had already called to cancel. And I was not reimbursed the over draft fees on my bank account that where caused because of extra space storage!!!!

My very small storage unit started out at $40 month in two years the rates have increased to now $90 a month. No where in the contract says that they would increase their fees due to availability or need. Is what I was told after they had raised the fees without any notification.. im going yo contact corporate and obtain legal counsel at this point

I closed my account 8 days after paying a month ahead. I called to ask for a prorated refund only to be told that they do not give prorated refunds

This place is the worst storage facility I have ever used, I feel that it is because it is in a black neighborhood that the the renters are being treated less than by this company. First, Over 3 - 4 months the rear exit gate has been broken, leaving renter with the only way to exit was back through the entrance causing a lot of frustration, anger, and arguments with other renters trying to enter the facility. I stored my furniture and other household items at the Greenbay facillity for about 6 months. I was tatally diappointed. Not only did I listen to the instrctions not to store any food I was not informed that they had an extreame rodent infestation. I decided to move my things due to mouse poop and I was not satified that no one contacted me about the message I left about the rodent issue. I did purchase the insurance that was offered to me however rodent isurance covers $500 minus a $100 deductable which would leave me $400 ... read more

Hello Sirs & Madams, Re: Conditions at Store # 572 . Unit FF01 I went to Store # 572 (Pullman in Costa Mesa) to meet an Offer Up buyer from out of the local area to buy a rare vintage chair I had in storage on May 17th at 12:00. To Whom it may Concern, I closed my Account in Sept. went to Tampa with my Son to Close it. They said they would empty unit for a charge, Then emailed a Bill in Jan. So it should have been Closed. In May I get a Bill for a $1,000. On Collections on my Credit? 5 Months and no Contact? Then a Collection Notice and a 35 % Fee for Going to Collections?. If it could be 0-stars. We had a wind storm back in December my units door was ripped out and left blowing in the wind Im pretty sure my units were the only ones damaged. Anyways I didnt get a email or a phone call from site management but rather from one of my neighbors! The gentleman sent my a picture of the damage, and the other units door wasnt ripped out but it had been pushed up by the wind. The fact that the management didnt bother contacting me is just lazy. This company in ********* ******** has integrity issues , fees were raised without knowledge, they watch u bringing merchandise in , I believe they raised your rates high to keep your merchandise or inventory ,rental was raised twice , and multiple times tried to go in my bank unauthorized,I was told one price what I owed , then manager tripled the price , stay away from this place !!!
