I had a simple task. Radio installation. Made an appointment for 12 noon so I came in at 11:30 am and start waiting at that lobby. At 2 pm car was not even pulled in. It is 3 pm now and I am still here. They have no respect to people’s time. Why make an appointment if you cannot keep it. I will never come here again and will tell my experience to anyone and everyone who ask about them
My husband sent my son today (8/5/24) to get 2 front windows tinted. It’s an older car, yes, however, my husband takes immaculate care of his cars. Came home with BOTH handle covers broken off. My son asked them about it BEFORE he left and got the “it was broken when it came in.” He went there bc they were able to get the car in today. Next time, we’ll wait.
