First, we were told one hour to complete installing a hitch. Dropped it off at 2pm and still wasn't done when we went back at 5:30pm. The tech KICKED my car out of frustration just after we walked in to see if it was done. Then the manager (Nick) lied to my face, telling me the car wasn't dropped off until 3 and that they said they were running behind. No, it was 2pm and they never even called to say they were behind. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND WORK BY EXTREME CAR AUDIO. My car came back to me with more problems then it was dropped off to them with! I had a car starter in my car that wasn't working appropriately. It would turn on, but shut off after 30-60 seconds. As a Christmas gift my father took it into Extreme Car Audio to see about having it fixed. He was talked into replacing it. All good, they did their job! They sold him a new one. They had my car for two days... During those two days we received a call stating they were workin... read more

6 days to call me back on a back up camera and last year they told me it would cost $2000 just for a wiring harness!! Just the harness, no components!!! I went to a competitor for The Back-up Camera andThey told me I didn't need any such harness to do a stereo in my truck.. camera is in and so is a ridiculous system!!!
OMG , he is right , a couple years after install I am having start problems with me diesel truck , I've trouble in the past with it the alarm going off random and they tried to fix that , I just quit using the auto start , but now my truck will not start. I mechanic shop diagnosed hack job, three hours later un doing what they did my truck runs again. , wires spun together , resisters hanging , my mechanic said it was the worst install he has ever seen, plus he said they make plug and play auto starts these days , if I want ... read more

Very unprofessional, did not keep confirmed appointment made over the phone, and upon arrival was turned away. Only concession that was received was "Sorry man that sucks". Thank you for wasting my time, I advise everyone to take their business an establishment with much more decorum and overall all professionalism.
