Service is so unfriendly. I had bought an interface to replace my radio, and installed it just fine. However, it would randomly turn off. I called the manufacturer of the part, I've never had an issue with these, and they told me to get the firmware upgraded. I took it back in to see if they could do it for me and the manager just looked at me like I was crazy and began telling me it was installed wrong, which was absolutely not installed wrong. Well, after being referred to Extreme from the place we bought our car from, I left 2 voice messages and sent an email and not one were answered by a week later. Finally called, made an appointment and dropped the car of 1.5 days before our appointment, them waited the day of the appointment until later in the afternoon and no one called. So we called and were told it was ready. Would have been nice to have been called when it was done hours before. The tint looks great but customer service does need to be improved.

If you are looking for the worst customer service and to be hung up on....call this place and ask for the manager Nick. I am replacing the convertible top on my 350z for the second time in 4 months. Extreme had no problem a few months ago when I dropped off the top to have them tint the back window before it was installed it on the car. It’s just small back window attached to the top material. Now apparently Nick or his installers can’t and won’t provide the same service because the top is not on the car. This makes no sense... read more

I bought a pioneer AVIC 8201, the things is a piece of crap, all kinds of issues, shuts off randomly, Siri button doesn’t work, can’t pull up my home screen so I can’t access any of my apps,format not read, back up camera quits , Well I thought it’s still under warranty and it was, Extreme car Audio says they discontinued that model so they WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY! These guys a crooks DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS

I bought a pioneer AVIC 8201, the things is a piece of crap, all kinds of issues, shuts off randomly, Siri button doesn’t work, can’t pull up my home screen so I can’t access any of my apps,format not read, back up camera quits , Well I thought it’s still under warranty and it was, Extreme car Audio says they discontinued that model so they WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY! after I had already scheduled an appointment well in advance I showed up to Extreme on the appointment day and when I arrived I was told only 1/2 of the tint job could be done with appointment and I would have to come back again if I wanted job completed. When originally scheduled appointment was told all would be done in one trip. Extreme waited until I got to their shop to tell me they could only do half of the job promised. Would not recommend using this company for window tinting.

First, we were told one hour to complete installing a hitch. Dropped it off at 2pm and still wasn't done when we went back at 5:30pm. The tech KICKED my car out of frustration just after we walked in to see if it was done. Then the manager (Nick) lied to my face, telling me the car wasn't dropped off until 3 and that they said they were running behind. No, it was 2pm and they never even called to say they were behind. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND WORK BY EXTREME CAR AUDIO. My car came back to me with more problems then it was dropped off to them with! I had a car starter in my car that wasn't working appropriately. It would turn on, but shut off after 30-60 seconds. As a Christmas gift my father took it into Extreme Car Audio to see about having it fixed. He was talked into replacing it.
