Extremely Disappointed- April of last year I had some vinyl put on my 2006 Corvette by Extreme car audio as well as window tint. Literally two weeks after the vinyl was installed bubbles started to appear in the vinyl on my hood. I reached out to the installer from Extreme Nate and I brought the car back in and Nate tried to pop the bubbles, then Nate said wait a week or so to see if the bubbles would shrink up. Were very kind. Told me that my remote starter would take 3 hours and got a phone call with in 2.5 hours saying that it was done. Showed me how it work before i left.
Save yourself the time, money and gas on multiple trips to get it WRONG and go elsewhere! I purchased a new truck on 6/20 and went to Extreme Audio to have my sound upgraded. Great customer service, even though I was a bit disappointed that a “sub wouldn’t fit” it was better than I had, the bid was a little high, but “worth it” cause Extreme is the best out there right? How could they improve you ask? They could've charged me for cargo van tint and not passenger van tint. They could've told me they broke the bracket for my power window button, rather than taping it down with the do not use sticker. They could've been upfront, but they weren't. We should have used solar guard like we did with our other vehicle. We won't make that mistake again, neither should you...

Hacks. If awful quality & customer service are what you’re looking for, you’ll love Extreme Car Audio. Had a 3 pm appointment to fix a 3 week old window tint. At 5 pm they informed me they couldn’t find my vehicle in the parking lot. You’ll have to be a very patient person when dealing with these people. Good luck with that.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have never had a good experience with this place since the day the remote start was installed in my car. Last year I requested to have a remote start put in my 19 Toyota Highlander and was told they would install one that would work via an app and also I would not have to carry two key fabs. When I went to pick up the car after installation, I was given a key fab in addition to my factory one and told that I had have both as they couldn’t program the factory one. After buying, and having 2 systems installed here, you'd think they'd be a little more helpful on service work...? Sched appt 3 weeks out, as vehicle has to come off the road from a revenue generating operation. A simple, 30 minute cabling/connection check was all I needed.
