No tan buena Porque según me dijeron que la tarjeta médica no cubría los lentes y luego que si y no me lo explicaron porque la que estaba atendiendo era nueva y con disculpas no se soluciona nada muy mala experiencia
I experienced an amazing staff from the phone calls to the eye exam. The customer service was outstanding and everyone was very helpful. I even went back for safety glasses, so I definitely recommend everyone try them out.
Always great to respond with tremendous help when needed. Multi language staff and Great young practitioners with amazing skills and knowledge. You can bring your child or your parents and they are always there for you!

When is time to choose and pay for your glasses they make you feel like you’re buying a car. If you add this is going to be this much, if you add that is going to be this much, if you choose from this section is going to be more. Also the lady who took care of me was not used to answering questions. Maybe she was new. She was so confused every time I said no. Like saying no was unheard of. They do have quick service and will refer you to an specialist if they see something wrong.
