my vision is perfect when i put my glasses on
Who are yall?
What's that place with the service at all
Utilize clients insurance appropriately don't wait until they pay over $800 for glasses that were brought in . Then after paying you say you can give a lens credit a week later. Make it make sense. My insurance should have covered lenses at the time of purchase considering I had not had glasses in two year. Your prices are entirely too high.
I scheduled an appointment for an eye exam and later realized that I needed my eyes dilated for a potential touch-up of my Lasik procedure. During the exam, this would have cost $30, but because I remembered after paying for my glasses, they wanted to charge me $100. I find this pricing discrepancy to be unethical
Gave the wrong prescription for contacts plus did not charge me correct had to make another payment. Won’t be back
I did not like the service. Things weren't explained to me the right way. Or explained at all. I had to keep coming back and forth just to adjust my glasses - only to find out that I needed Thinner lenses. So then, I had to pay More for NEW LENSES. WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THAT? THEN, WHEN I GOT MY GLASSES (THE FIRST TIME) NO ONE ASKED ME TO TRY THEM ON TO SEE HOW THEY FEEL, OR, IF THEY NEEDED ADJUSTING. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT? THE PLACE SUCKS, STINKS AND EVERYTHING ELSE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE. PERIOD.
Glasses are too tight weren’t able to fix it
