Thank You Stacie, was great with communications. Just wish access hours were longer and earlier. Also, one month free or your anniversary month free every year. Would be a great incentive.
Throughout my rental experience at this location- I appreciated the service I received. My concerns were promptly addressed; my questions were addressed and service I received was awesome. The staff is very responsive. The entire process of needing a storage facility was stressful, but the staff made it very easy and breezy. Anytime we've had questions during the staff has been responsive online going basis. They're also friendly and I appreciate that. The facility was clean, well maintained and felt very secure.
