Worst rental experience we have ever had.
Fairlawn real estate are not nice people I wouldn't never rent from this company.
I use to live at a Fairlawn owned property and didn't have the best experience when they took over and yesterday my brother had an issue. He was staying with a friend and paying half her rent and had been doing so since September and never had an issue until yesterday. He was given a 10 day eviction notice for his name not being on a lease which was fine but they took his 300.00 and laughed in his face when he asked for it back.
