They treat residents with respect. The property is nice. They are quick to respond to maintenance calls. Over all just a very nice environment.
I lived in two different Fairlawn affiliated properties. I liked how clean and well kept their apartments were. If something of a problem did arise the maintenance staff was prompt and friendly. They would make needed repairs with quality work. I personally valued that they'd clean up when they were finished; I'm very particular about keeping a clean home.
I have been a long time resident renter of a town house located on Lincolnshire Dr , in Champaign, Il. A few years ago Fairlawn Properties bought my unit along with all the surrounding buildings. We received notifications of the change of ownership, along with the leases; I could sense Fairlawn Real Estate wanted to "change things" around.
