Excellent renting experience with Fairlawn. Whatever that needed repairing was attended to quickly, interaction with the staff was wonderful and the overall experience was pleasant. Will definitely look out for them if I return to Champaign Urbana.

I have lived at 523 E Fairlawn since 2012. I have had several interactions with the maintenance staff in these past years. I want to say I have not seen a more dedicated group of folks who really do care about the living conditions here and in my opinion are always on the job. They have always been timely and always helpful. I appreciate you all.
