I had such a positive experience here, thanks in large part to Kathy. As law students, my friend and I were looking to send a flower arrangement to one of our coaches for an advocacy competition. We were definitely operating on a budget but still wanted to have flowers delivered that were beautiful (and not chintzy!). I contacted Fallons to order a bouquet of gerber daisies for my dad as they offered free delivery. Well, turned out it was snowing so they couldn't make it to the hospital before he was discharged, so they delivered them to his house the next day. I ordered a Burlap Blooms bouquet for my mother's birthday. When the bouquet arrived it was red carnations and baby's breath, which was not what I was expecting from the image online, which showed lilies. I called Fallon's and they were able to send an upgraded replacement bouquet the very next day, despite it being the busy Valentine's season. I was impressed with the quick service and the quality of the second bouquet. Fallon's really went above and beyond to correct the issue, and I will order from them again!

I consulted Patrick at the Wake Forest Rd location for our last minute wedding last week. He designed and delivered arrangements (on one day's notice! Valentine's week!) that perfectly matched our hopes, and we were stunned at the reasonable price. I will recommend Patrick and Fallon's to everyone! The flowers remain a source of joy a week later, too. 100% satisfaction.

Husband surprised me with beautiful red roses for my birthday. They arrived mid-day at work in great condition. Two days later they are opening beautifully. Simple done well. Over the years I have used Fallons many times. To send arrangements, and around holiday time I would often stop in to buy baby's breath to put on the Christmas tree. Have always found everything to be fresh and nice. Definitely a solid choice for a Raleigh florist! (and one that's been around a long time!)

I used Fallons for my wedding flowers and the bridal bouquet was absolutely GORGEOUS - especially for a winter wedding. I was able to work with the designer to create something beautiful for me and my bridesmaids. They are also extremely budget friendly - I gave them a number and they did whatever they could to work within that budget. I actually ended up going about $40 under budget, which is always exciting. I highly recommend their service!

I ordered flowers at the last minute on Thursday for delivery to my mom Friday. Friday morning I realized my mom was out of town until Wednesday. I called around 10 am ET Friday morning to change the delivery date but it was already out on the truck for delivery and they were unable to call it back. I was prepared to pay again for redelivery but was hoping for a discount. They very kindly redelivered on Wednesday for free. How pleasing! Mom loved the flowers. :)

Super fast, friendly service. Just ordered flowers for Mother's Day (I like mom to be able to enjoy the flowers all week, so I usually send them early) and the phone was answered right away and Jane was super nice. I wanted something big (I requested the total be $120 inclusive of delivery) and I asked to include curly willow, 'cause that usually results in a taller arrangement with more drama. I was tasked at the very last minute this past Saturday in finding a pinned corsage for my girlfriend's mom and Fallons, though very busy, jumped right on the request and I was out the door with product in hand in twenty minutes. My girlfriend's mom is still raving about it. Thank you to Fallons for making a woman's 61st wedding anniversary party an over-the-top success.
