Excellent service and superb Couselor guess got confused to parking as not allowed to park in underground garage? Got a warning for towing and in looking prior to entry and parking saw no signs etc. Thx

The entire staff at Family Care Center Alamo Heights,was thorough, pleasant, and professional from the time I walked in the door until t the time my session was completed. In televisit appointments, the staff is quite prompt and their patient portal is easier to use than any other patient portal that this 72 year old patient has encountered. The staff is very professional very understanding and very patient my PA doctor Victoria she’s very considerate, kind, knowledgeable, professional She totally listens to me and that’s what is very important to me.
