My only problem with my experience was the idea that I needed to be clinically diagnosed with something in order for insurance to pay. I don’t like the idea of that , so will not be using Family Care Center just for that reason. The counselor was very nice.

My therapist is great, everyone is friendly, and the billing always seems to be correct, but their software systems are pretty annoying. The check-in system asks way too many questions and displays personal information on a public screen, then doesn’t give you a way out other than cancelling. (I’m sure there’s one specific way to do it “right” but I’ve never stumbled upon it.)

The staff and all personnel are very welcoming even when I’m 4 hours early or have to miss a visit due to being mentally abused , he withholding my car keys.
