The staff is very professional and is friendly. I felt comfortable with my counselor, he is very soft spoken and listened to what I had to say.

My daughter’s counseling center (New Braunfels) has been wonderful. From the front office staff to her therapist(Ms. Simonton), everyone is incredibly helpful and supportive. Staff was welcoming. Limited wait time. The initial new patient paperwork was alot to receive and review thoroughly. If possible, receive prior to appointment. I felt comfortable, and appreciated my initial encounter with my assigned therapist.
