The provider hand was very attentive, and I just felt comfortable talking to him. I’d like to stay with him if I could. He seems pretty flexible and very, very concerned about my situation.

I don’t know yet but, the therapist asked me valid questions about my reasons for why I am here. I expressed that I need help in starting a healthier way of dealing with my stress and anxiety maybe some depression/sleep issues

First appointment just yesterday but so far so good. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. A little bit of glitches with filling out paperwork online. But no biggie, could have been operator error. :) More importantly very pleased with my counselor. Which I feel I may owe her an apology. I believe we might’ve gone a little over on my first session. I apologize for that but nevertheless, she was very polite and allowed me to share as I needed it.
