Do not go here if you value your mental health. Mercedes R. repeatedly mismanaged my bipolar medication—causing dangerous lapses, incorrect combinations, and even suicidal ideation. Despite a stable med regimen, she only wrote 30-day scripts, forcing me into constant appointments (likely to milk insurance) and refused telehealth. This caused delays with Randolph Pharmacy, often leaving me without critical meds. This clinic is not equipped to care for patients with serious mental health needs.
