My mom took her dog here for some Dental work. They raised the price without telling her. When asked to have the vet call her they refused. After 2 days of waiting, she goes there today. After waiting 30 mins she gave up. We have been customers since the 90’s. This place has gone down hill since DR Gwyen left. Your lack of respect for this family has cost you our business.

My dog broke her leg 8/27/18, wasn’t sure it was a break at first but suspected so I called and they were able to get her in. Mind you I thought they would be able to handle the situation and if not refer me further. We have the paw plan so she had office visits we could still use. She saw Dr. Johnson who is not who we usually see, Dr. Ford has been a great Vet for Rose prior. I wish I could give zero Stars. I called to make an appointment for my dog flapping her ears, I told them I literally only have $80 to my name can you work with me. They said yes. I come in for the exam they take Q-tips of her ears to go test and tell me the results take about 5 minutes. Over an hour later I can barely breathe, my allergies going crazy with all the dog hair flying around, (my dog is a poodle mix and doesn't shed or make me sneeze). I've been going here about 7 years, just called to ask about my dogs Trifexus. She said I needed to do his heart worm test first($200), I said I didn't really have the money at this moment. She replied with, "ok, bye" and hung up. Wow. 5/7/18 And to follow up, I just called to get all medical history printed out. They answered right away saying can you hold? Whether you just got a new puppy , doing a daily check-up and shots or your friend is going over that rainbow bridge. This place will fit all those needs with the utmost diligence, care, love and understanding. Your furry family member will be treated like they are family by everyone , who works in this office. I have never had a bad experience or felt over charged and cheated. If they took people and my awful insurance I would go here as a patient. But seriously, I have been going here for over ten years.
