Dr Garrison and the rest of the staff took great care of my furbaby Kiki. I was so nervous, scared and upset about her surgery. They called me when the surgery was done and the Vet called me after Thanksgiving to check up on Kiki. Wonderful staff.

UNACCEPTABLE BUNNY PARENTS BEWARE They rushed through the nail clipping and cut one so short my bunny started bleeding. Very rough handling her too. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Hello, my name is Robert Mann, I had a terrible experience at the North Richland Hills office on Monday, April 24, I brought my dog Susie in, we are forced to sit for close to an hour past our scheduled appointment time, even though the office requires a $60 deposit in case we as customers flake out on you, which is kind of humorous. I’ll get to the point, your nurse technician fed my dog treats that were stuck to a dirty cabinet and continued to do it 3 times. she, then continued to try and sell me product that she had to ... read more

Was told they could do a stool screening at the office. Got there and was told something different. I'm sorry, but I don't trust Dr. Ford with the care of Zoe. I will continue to take her here, but request a different vet from now on.

They have been our vet for almost 13 years. Now that our almost 13 year old German Shepherd needs to be euthanized our vet is off today. Even though he said two days ago to call when it is time the receptionist refuses to call him because it is his day off. Very disappointed in them, we cannot get the dog to them physically. He has always done house calls.

I am not one to leave negative reviews, but Family Pet Clinic is the most unprofessional office that I have worked with in my pet owning years. I moved to the area after living in South Texas and chose Family Pet Clinic because they offered the PAW Plans- which is what I am used to. I took my dogs for their first visit to get their vaccines and sign them up for the PAW plan in September 2019. I agreed to pay for one of the vaccines out of pocket (rather than using the plan) since the Influenza requires a booster. There was a... read more

I’m going to miss this place and doctor Ford. I called in with a sick animal on Monday and was told we could not be seen until sometime Thursday. That’s unreasonable. I was made the offer that I could just drop off my pet and let her “wait there all day to see if they could fit her in” but was warned that they may not have time to look at her. No thanks 👎 Good luck and goodbye!
