Terrible communication. I was passed off to a 2nd attorney who worked out of Macon. He settled my case in December and never told me. I lost track of the lies he told honestly. The settlement check was issued and put into escrow in December. The funds were sent to me finally in June. During that time, he kept saying I'm working on it, I'm working on it for you. I have a case pending with Farah and Farah for an accident last April. Sydney, my case manager at either the Gainesville or Jacksonville location, REFUSES to give me updates regarding my case no matter how many times I text or try to call. I can not recommend this law firm. They represented my wife and I in a travel trailer lawsuit against the manufacturer. Our attorney, Mr. Kaleel gave us one story when we filed our case and then kept telling us how our case was not worth what we were seeking when it came time to talk settling or filing a lawsuit.
