They’ve gone weeks without a call back or update. When I finally found someone to speak to it a new case manager asking me the same questions the old one did months ago..I would just see about other options before deciding to go with them.
Completely useless!!! No one should go against a big insurance company alone??? That's really how you feel? Could of fooled me. Unless it's a bug insurance company like humana!!! Tail straight between your legs running scared!!! I mean if your scared just say you're scared don't make up bogus excuses!!!

If they spent half as much time taking care of their clients as they do advertising, this office might get something done. My mom has been working with them for 2 years to get disability after a bad car accident injury. These people do not return calls or texts. Pass the case from one agent to another after another. Do not let this firm handle your case. They are dishonest and misleading. They will tell you anything just to keep you from calling back for more information. I waited on them to handle a case for months just for them to tell me they couldn’t do anything after I was reassured by my case manager and legal assistant that I had a good case and would be taken care of. I used them for my accident claim now I'm getting collection noticed from doctors and I'm trying to purchase a home so that's not good and to top it off I cannot reach anybody at Farah and Farah. I'm not sure if they dropped my case or just abandoned me it's terrible and when I call no one can help it's a nightmare
We did an online consultation with them and the young lady said it was the most through consultation she had ever seen ! The young lady that we spoke to said our case would have to go before a review board! The review board turned down our case and then sent our case to an out of state lawyer! The out of state lawyer said it had to be handled with in our state ! We then called back to Farrah & Farrah and they could not explain what was going on! Current client. Communication is terrible! Have called several times and left messages with no response. The only way I get response is to call the main number and complain. I have no idea what progress is being made on my case. I do not feel like you "have my back" or even care that I exist.
