Our experience with this firm was very disappointing. The attorney that represented our case, Savannah Stewart, and the paralegal, Jennifer Williams, did not show any sense of concern on our file. On multiple occasions, we had to reach out to these ladies to receive updates on our case after they had promised to response by a certain date/time. I have been with this firm since an accident going on 3 years ago and every time my case manager says they will call me with updates, they don't. I call and email just to be told that person is no longer with the firm and assigned someone new. This has happened 3 times. I'm now assigned to Thomas and he was supposed to have made a counter offer on my claim several weeks ago, but has yet to even return my calls. I wait almost a month for responses to my emails...also, they have had a check in their hands since august, but still will not release any money to me. I’m in dire need of it, and they don’t seem to care. Apparently my case isn’t big enough to be worthy of their time.

I am still waiting for my attorney to reach out to me. After multiple attempts it feels like it is impossible to get thru to an Attorney. I hope they are seeing this and can address it. So far I am not satisfied with how they are handling and I will continue with the update on review if this does not get resolved.

Try contacting your clients with updates instead of making your clients jump through hoops only to talk to a different attorney every time. This has been a horrible experience and your office has only made it worse. It's bad enough to get hurt at work and have to deal with Workman's Comp. The fact that Farah and Farah ignore you after you sign their contract is adding insult to injury. My son's injury occurred 18 months ago and he was released by PT 12 months ago, but we are still being told that "negotiations will start so... read more

My mother was struck by a semi truck and her car was totaled. Thankfully she is alive and only sustained minor injuries that she is still currently dealing with. However after the first month of dealing with Farah and Farah she lost contact with them and now they will not return her calls. It has been a year now and still nothing. They seemed willing to help and explained it would be an easy case but as soon as the truck company got a lawyer Farah seemed to walk away.
