I'm thinking I have made a mistake picking Farah & Farah to represent me for my case!! I was involved in a auto accident in January of 2016, I was out of work for about 4mos. because of it. I hired Farah & Farah to represent me and it has been a nonstop headache! The commercials and ads are nonsense(putting it politely), I think I'm on my 3rd or 4th attorney with this firm since hiring them in January of 2016, they do not keep you informed or updated with anything to do with your case. Its been a over a year and a half since I got rear ended and retained Farah and Farah. My case worker never would return my calls and when he finally would there was no action on his part. I have jumped through every hoop they asked for and was told that they wished all of their clients follow there recommendation like me. I had an MRI on my back and nothing was done for 6 months, then was told to go to another doctor but had to start the process over with an MRI again. They promise to keep you updated & informed, nonsense! My wife Carol has called & e-mailed for 2 days now & cannot get a response.She has not been contacted for over 2 months.This firm does not care about you or make any attempt to inform you about anything. Her case is 1&1/2yrs old,had 3 different lawyers assigned to her case & have no idea of current status. If you want to feel ignored & unimportant,this is the firm for you!

My car accident case was finally settled after almost 2 years. My case changed hands with 5 case managers, and 2 lawyers. Every time a new person took on my case I felt like I had to start all over again. Communications were poor throughout the process. The 24 hour callback never happened for me. I usually only got a callback when I asked to speak with a manager. I asked for a manager several times, yet never got to speak with one. I SERVED MY COUNTRY DURING THE VIET NAM WAR. HONORABLY DISCHARGED AND DISABLED. I'VE BEEN A LAW ABIDING TAXPAYER HERE IN JACKSONVILLE SINCE 2003. FARAH AND FARAH REFUSED TO EVEN TALK TO ME AFTER HEARING I WAS DISABLED. I first called Farah and Farah in 2006 after Memorial Hospital put me out of the emergency room without seeing me and with no Transportation home even though I have Medicare. For a firm that "PRIDES ITSELF ON BEING AVAILABLE TO THEIR CLIENTS" they sure failed miserably with my case. I finally got so pissed off I FIRED THEM!!! Almost 3 days I tried to speak to Chuck, or any other member of my legal team, not one answered call and not a single return call from this firm!
