RecommendedWent to the Algood site yesterday with food poison. The whole staff was very professional and helpful.
First, they are open 7 days a week, which is amazing and much appreciated when you have kids. Second, they really made us feel welcomed. The staff was nice and professional. Thirdly, they were quick. And lastly, BOTH of my children who were with me were rewarded with slushies, not just the one who was sick. It was awesome that they acknowledged my other kiddo, even though they really didn't have to. We have used Fast Pace several times and have had a good experience each time. Took my daughter there on a Sunday to get an Xray for a broken arm (they put her in a splint to get to ortho on Monday), took her twice for strep tests, and my husband went once for a sinus infection. Each time the staff was friendly and we always got the services and medications needed for the situation. Never stayed more than an hour at any visit.
The staff is very nice and great with kids. Would give five stars but it bothered me that the nurse nor the doctor washed their hands in the room before checking my kids. Typically all doctors and nurses wash their hands in the room before dealing with their patients.
We arrived at Fast Pace with my daughter who's 2. She wasn't feeling good at all. From the moment we were called back EVERYONE was super nice,professional, and seemed very concerned. My daughter was diagnosed with strep and the flu. But was having some issues with her pulse being elevated so the Dr wanted to watch her and continue to monitor. Which is exactly wht they did. The nurse came into the room like 4 times to recheck her pulse and oxygen. She was given a slushie which she loved. All in all we had a great experience!
