Nurses helped me with my situation and said to come back for a follow up Apt if needed. Were very nice and addressed my issue. Receptionist refunded an amt due to copay and insurance verifying that I did not expect to get refunded initially was super happy about that. Overall very great experience and super nice staff

I went to Fast Pace in Algood, TN on December 30th, 2022. The receptionist at the desk with the brown hair (I can’t remember her name because my memory is so poor) she was SO sweet and very helpful.. As well as every nurse I saw back there. With everybody getting sick right now, I could tell they work their butts off but they don’t complain and do such a great job. I appreciate that!

You did ok but would have been better to have chest x ray there instead of having to go to ER. That was just another bill.
