they have a wonderful friendly staff but they charge $155 for walking with no insurance they charge you for strep and covid testing even if you're not getting it. I have since called the other walk-ins and they charge half of that
Waited forever yesterday and ended up leaving. They said to come back today as yesterday they were short staffed and a drug screen is just a nurses visit so it would be quick. So far an hour and a half waiting today for a pre-employment drug screen. Ridiculous.
Literally GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Fast Pace Algood offered the worst medical office visit I’ve experienced. There were only 5 other people in the waiting room when I arrived, yet it took over an hour of sitting in a hot waiting room to be called back. I spent an additional 45 minutes in the exam room waiting for covid test results only to be told they “do not prescribe Paxlovid there”, which is the only reason I came in. I even called in advance to ask about the prescription. Don’t waste your time and money there.
they need to stop over scheduling. you set an appointment and still end up sitting there for hours because they are over scheduled and under staffed. I love sitting in pain for hours even though I made an appointment...
Tonight was probably by far my worst ever experience here! I’ve always had good ones. No insurance so I had to pay $150 to be seen. I was rushed by the nurse practitioner that I saw and I didn’t even go to out and told the lady up front hey I have what I think is a swollen lymph node and wanted her to check that as well. She asked me to wait in the waiting room, came back and said well you will have to come back tomorrow and get seen again to have that checked. I was like are you kidding me? By training their nurses to do ekg properly. I had one done and sent me to er because it was abnormal but come to find out the nurse apparently did it wrong.
