We have been a few times in the past year and always have great experiences. Friendly staff and usually very quick.
Fast, courteous, and professional. On my visit the wait time was about 15 minutes. I have BCBS and medicare so I had no co-pay. I will be back when needed.
I was able to get in and out within the hour and got exactly what I needed. Everyone was very courteous and it was an all around pleasant experience.
I always go there when it is non-emergent as my General pract is not in Cookeville area. They are always friendly, courteous and on the spot. This time they couldn't help me due to my own health but it was no fault of theirs! What they could do still earns them excellence! Thank you!
