I came in because my family had been exposed to COVID and we needed to be tested. I was trying to get us checked in online and couldn’t figure out how to get us all an appointment at the same time. So, I called and asked if I could do it over the phone. They said, “No, we don’t have time for that. You’re just going to have to come in.” When I got there and they found out we didn’t have an online appointment, the women at the front desk were SUPER rude even though I tried to call in advance and get help. Attempted to bring my daughter in for a strep test, based on her sore throat and fever. I was told- after standing in line for 20 minutes- that they are closed for walk ins. That’s right- a walk in clinic is closed for walk ins. They stated they were on a 3 hour wait- but were still open for 4 hours. When I asked if they had that information posted anywhere, I was told they prefer to tell people as they come in. So they charge $135 for a visit with no insurance. With insurance they billed our insurance well over $600. it got knocked down to $250. Our insurance paid $125 and we are on the hook for the other $125. Seems like they are running some kind of a scheme to make more money off of people. We could have gone to Satellite med and paid $35 for the same thing. dont go here unless you like getting ripped off.

Didn’t call my medication for my eye to Kroger’s!!Can’t get thru to talk to them at every number I have tried!! I listened to their speak 12 times still didn’t get anyone!! Finally said I could leave a message, I ask them to call me, 4hours later no call! I have an appointment to go to my Dr. for cataract surgery, will this sty keep me from the surgery?? Plus I’m in pain!! Please call me!! I need help!!

RecommendedFast Pace Urgent Care was really great when I went in I was very sick with a bad head cold & a really bad toothache &infection in my gums,The Dr took very good care of me & gave me plenty of medicine @ 4shots before I left.I would recommend anyone go there for their health needs

Although I was happy with the quality of care at this facility, the billing is outrageous! I was seen for poison Ivy treatment and my total charges were $667.00. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you are having a medical emergency.
