There was no waiting , staff was very helpful I got my antibiotic it was just fine

Everything was great from online booking to preregistration. Only a 10 minute wait for appointment. Quick and thorough visit!

Was impressed with personnel and the timing it took to get called back with a scheduled target time. The nurse and nurse practitioner were professional. The only negative was the length of time there, about two hours. There was an emergency though, so understandable.
When I first got there, we signed in there was only a few people in there. So we started doing our paperwork almost done with it. This lady walked in and they went on and took her because she had an appointment. But my 13-year-old granddaughter was finished with her paperwork, and taking it up there. My granddaughter was very sick. She was turning white felt like she was going to pass out. I went up there and told the lady about it and they still took a while to get her back. The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful. This was our first experience with the facility. The guy who took us back and took her vitals and swabbed her however was very much the opposite. He was very irritated and rude. He just seemed short tempered and any answer we gave to his questions seemed like it was an Inconvenience to him. Even my 13 year old daughter looked at me and said he was rude.
