The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful. This was our first experience with the facility. The guy who took us back and took her vitals and swabbed her however was very much the opposite. He was very irritated and rude. He just seemed short tempered and any answer we gave to his questions seemed like it was an Inconvenience to him. Even my 13 year old daughter looked at me and said he was rude. Went in with stomach issue, throwing up and stomach cramps was tested for strep and that was negative. Then told I had upper respiratory infection with absolutely NO symptoms of URI and was sent home with Zofran and told to rest the rest of the day and return to work the next day.
Literally the worst medical facility I’ve ever visited. I came in on crutches and couldn’t walk, not one worker had the common sense outside of the nurses aide to help open a door. Both the NP Ashley and the NP Lindsay are grossly under qualified for their jobs. I wouldn’t waste my time or money. Ashley questioned told me to wrap my foot but couldn’t be bothered to do it for me or show me how. Then tells me to keep it propped up and iced. The receptionist was unhappy as though it seemed. She greeted me with “ we are short staffed today and you will be waiting awhile” “do you still want to stay?” To which I said yes.. I am a RN and work in healthcare everyday, and I would never say that to a patient. I heard her say it to the 2 people following myself as well. Very unprofessional. My provider was awesome and kind and caring. She was very professional as well.
Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Do not recommend going to this location.
I came in with a sinus infection. I knew it was an infection because it was green discharge and blood, which happens when I get them. I have had the sinus pressure and congestion for 2 weeks. But because I allowed them to test me for flu and COViD, the test came back positive for COViD and she wouldn’t prescribe me an antibiotic for the sinus infection. Experience wasn’t terrible. Front desk was not overly friendly but I also understand setting there in the line of fire of sick ppl but it is the job. NP was super sweet. LPN/RN… was ok, hateful at first. I do get tired of the staff being overwhelmingly opinionated about my daughter being on BC. Yes she is 14 and I realize that kids are kids but not all kids are on it because they are having sex. Went there recently while experiencing slurred speech, wondering about possible stroke in process and was declined any help, not even being able to have blood pressure checked. Days later received a call from somebody who told me that they would check into the episode but never heard anything from them.
