Too long of a wait. There almost 3 hours. Physician assistant did not look at chart and didn’t know why we were there and she did not know both of us were there for COVID tests.
I didn’t understand why there was a paper to fill out about mental health…My appointment was 12:30, didn’t get out till 2:00…didn’t feel like they cared about me as a patient…everyone there didn’t seem very friendly!
When I arrived for check in, the front desk lady, was rude. In her words “I have to go, someone is staring at me.” As she was ending a phone call. The waiting area, was dirty, there was mud and dirt all over the floor. For my first experience there, I was not impressed.
