Was impressed with personnel and the timing it took to get called back with a scheduled target time. The nurse and nurse practitioner were professional. The only negative was the length of time there, about two hours. There was an emergency though, so understandable.
I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Mrs. Shirley, who is undoubtedly a consummate professional. I was also impressed by the way Mrs. Marcia handled the front desk. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same regarding Mr. Randy.Shortly after we met, he stated that he felt I had an attitude. I was seen for a DOT examination. The person who performed it didn't know that it is instinctive to track objects moving in the peripheral vision so she wrote on the report that I had trouble following directions because I had trouble not doing that for the vision part of the exam. Because of her ignorance, I was forced to go for unnecessary optometry visit to screen for vision issues, which I had none, which cost me that doctor's visit. Took 2 hours to be seen and didn’t send my urine sample to the lab to be cultured, which drs usually do for UTIs.

When I first got there, we signed in there was only a few people in there. So we started doing our paperwork almost done with it. This lady walked in and they went on and took her because she had an appointment. But my 13-year-old granddaughter was finished with her paperwork, and taking it up there. My granddaughter was very sick. She was turning white felt like she was going to pass out. I went up there and told the lady about it and they still took a while to get her back.
