Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Do not recommend going to this location.
I came in with a sinus infection. I knew it was an infection because it was green discharge and blood, which happens when I get them. I have had the sinus pressure and congestion for 2 weeks. But because I allowed them to test me for flu and COViD, the test came back positive for COViD and she wouldn’t prescribe me an antibiotic for the sinus infection. Experience wasn’t terrible. Front desk was not overly friendly but I also understand setting there in the line of fire of sick ppl but it is the job. NP was super sweet. LPN/RN… was ok, hateful at first. I do get tired of the staff being overwhelmingly opinionated about my daughter being on BC. Yes she is 14 and I realize that kids are kids but not all kids are on it because they are having sex. It is to the point she hates coming there because all we hear about is the BC and how she needs to be aware of her periods and wh... read more
Went there recently while experiencing slurred speech, wondering about possible stroke in process and was declined any help, not even being able to have blood pressure checked. Days later received a call from somebody who told me that they would check into the episode but never heard anything from them.

Usually when I go I felt very comfortable. But today I don’t even think the PA told me she was a P A or Dr. or her name. Before she came in the nurse ask what I was allergic to and got my medication. She wrote it on a note pad not a computer. When the Dr/PA came in when she was going to give me a prescription she said are you allergic to any medicine. She had no laptop or computer. Took my daughter there tonight not only was the MA rude the provider was rude an hateful !!! Will not be going back there or recommending this place !!
My appointment was Sunday at 1:42 PM. I said in the exam room 45 minutes and I was the only one there.. finally someone came in and took my vitals then they were going to do x-rays so I said another 20 or 25 minutes. Someone finally came in to do the x-rays. They did the x-rays and sent it somewhere. I’m not sure about 20 minutes later the nurse clinician or came in and told me nothing was broken, and proceeded to wrap my foot and ankle in the ace bandage not telling me what exactly was going on with my foot.
