The front desk staff on my visit was very rude and unwelcoming. I came as a walk in and she tried to get me to reschedule for another day because she said they were too busy, when no one was in the lobby. She told me they may not have time for me at all, even though they were open for another 2.5 hours. I was in and out of within 20 minutes of arriving. The staff in the back was kind and efficient, but I would not return just for the fact alone the front desk staff made it an uncomfortable visit.

doctors are great but i have never once went and got in at my appointment time. i always have to wait 30minutes after my appointment minimum.

So I took my child in on a Friday he was feeling horrible. The Dr that seen us was kind of upset because my son did not want to take a strep test. She checked his throat and mouth all looked ok. His ear was hurting him and he was coughing so bad! I told her that his friend had an ear infection and an upper respiratory infection and that’s probably what my child had. The office was closed when I arrived with a note on the door stating they would return at 12. They did not return until 12:30. My appointment was at 12:15. The “MA” was rude and not cooperative at all. I will never return to the campbellsville office.

It was good, and everyone was nice, but it took a long time. i completely understand if you’re understaffed, but they looked to have had enough people. at least nurses. maybe not enough nurse practitioners, but it’s ok i suppose.

The visit was fine but she was supposed to call me in an antibiotic Saturday morning. It is now Sunday and still no antibiotic called in and I have left several messages.

The dr was nice and once we actually got back to see her, we didn’t have to wait long. However, I tried to get my daughter in a little after 12 and was told that there was a 48 min wait. But not to expect it to actually be 48 mins. That we should expect it to be twice that amount of time if not more. We actually didn’t get back there until almost 4pm.

The Nurse Practitioner that was diagnosing me was very dedicated to getting tot he bottom of it running a few different tests and recommending a shit to help speed up recovery. I’m already feeling better after a day.
