I always feel like everyone at a Fast Pace Urgent Care resents me for being there. But the procedures and stuff were done so…I guess 3 stars?

Staff was very friendly and courteous and wait time wasn’t long. Registration process was easy
Courteous and timely service. I felt pretty rough so I don’t remember who saw me. Both times I’ve been, I have received great service.

The front desk staff on my visit was very rude and unwelcoming. I came as a walk in and she tried to get me to reschedule for another day because she said they were too busy, when no one was in the lobby. She told me they may not have time for me at all, even though they were open for another 2.5 hours. I was in and out of within 20 minutes of arriving. The staff in the back was kind and efficient, but I would not return just for the fact alone the front desk staff made it an uncomfortable visit.

doctors are great but i have never once went and got in at my appointment time. i always have to wait 30minutes after my appointment minimum.
So I took my child in on a Friday he was feeling horrible. The Dr that seen us was kind of upset because my son did not want to take a strep test. She checked his throat and mouth all looked ok. His ear was hurting him and he was coughing so bad! I told her that his friend had an ear infection and an upper respiratory infection and that’s probably what my child had. Go in and my throat is so bad can’t talk feeling like crap and she said I was ready for work
The office was closed when I arrived with a note on the door stating they would return at 12. They did not return until 12:30. My appointment was at 12:15. The “MA” was rude and not cooperative at all. I will never return to the campbellsville office.
