Service was good once we say the provider. Told to come back 4 hours later and then waited another 1 hour 15 minutes due to the lack of providers.
I was there for over two hours waiting. I was a walk-in. I was seen because I had what I didn’t know was strep. I had a fever and was miserable. The staff and nurses were good to me. It’s just the point I had to wait as long as I did and being as miserable as I was.
This is the 3rd time we have been here. Each time either myself or my kids have tested positive for something, and not once did they prescribe any medicine or antibiotics. Was told “it’ll run it’s course” ...then we follow up with our family doctor & they said it’s definitely something that calls for antibiotics. Pitiful service & total waste of a copay! Will not be back
Waiting to long even with a appointment
This was my second day in fast pace as the first didn’t go so well because I had not received a code I needed in order to be seen for my drug screen. The lady at the window was especially rude to not only me but my girlfriend , we did nothing to provoke this woman but if you’re gonna belittle us and stereotype us then you need to be respectfully corrected bc I’m sure no one wants to be talked to the way she did us,maybe she had a bad day but she assumed because we have a lot of tattoos and we’re younger that we couldn’t affo... read more
Doctor was super nice as well as the receptionist. i had an almost 6 hour wait which i understand because of cold and flu season as well as covid. my biggest complaint was the woman with 4 kids under 10 who let them run wild through the waiting area.
