Even though they were busy they were efficient and the NP was amazing!
I loved being able to complete the check-in online. It made the process go a lot more smoothly and quickly. The staff was friendly and I was able to get in and out in a decent amount of time.

I saw the PA for less than one minute. He asked what I wanted to do, not what he thought was the issue. Was in a huge hurry. Sent in a prescription. Now I receive a bill that I owe $250! The amount charged for the service received is why my family and I will no longer use Fast Pace for our medical needs.

The clinic is new and immaculate. The front desk employee was not friendly or helpful to those in the waiting room, especially those having language barriers or generational barriers on how to properly sign in. She seemed frustrated at their questions. Providing paper information sheets for those patients more than likely would’ve cleared up the situation. And for everyone else using the iPad to sign in with, cleaning the iPad between uses would have been ideal. Or just providing some cleaning cloths, disposable, of course,... read more

Having to pay $150 out of pocket because you charge like an ER (you’re not). Seen for maybe 3 minutes and never given a diagnosis.
