I loved being able to complete the check-in online. It made the process go a lot more smoothly and quickly. The staff was friendly and I was able to get in and out in a decent amount of time.Â

The clinic is new and immaculate. The front desk employee was not friendly or helpful to those in the waiting room, especially those having language barriers or generational barriers on how to properly sign in. She seemed frustrated at their questions. Providing paper information sheets for those patients more than likely would’ve cleared up the situation. And for everyone else using the iPad to sign in with, cleaning the iPad between uses would have been ideal. Or just providing some cleaning cloths, disposable, of course,... read more
